E2 is the estradiol level (estrogen in the blood, I think). I have to get my blood drawn every three days or so on the same days as my ultrasounds. I guess between the follicle size and count and the E2 level they determine my stim dose. I could be talking out of my ass but I think that's right.
I'm actually on Gonal-F so no menopour (sp?) or follistim for me. Just one lupron shot and one Gonal-F shot a day. I guess it's pretty nice compared to some.
My ovaries are full! I can't believe we still have a week for them to feel even fuller. On the other hand, I can't believe it's a week until we have them out! Sweet.
